Your local feed store or garden center will carry almost all the ingredients listed in 20-40 pound bags and you can make your own. Here's what I use and have had great results.
I use a 1-1 ratio or a five gal bucket. I have over 135 bushes and plants to feed.
1 bucket rosetone
1 bucket kelp meal
1 bucket fish meal
1 bucket alfalfa meal
1 bucket cotton seed meal
1/2 bucket green sand
Mix thoroughly and give each bush 2 cups scratched into the ground
My liquid formula: is mixed in a 32 gal garbage can and dipped out with a one gallon pitcher, each bush gets one gallon or less depending on the size of the bush.
2 cups peter's prof. 20-20-20
2 cups fish emulsion
2 cups Epsom salts
2 Tbsp super thrive
April 1st Liquid feeding
April 15 Dry feeding scratched in
May 1 Liquid feeding
May 15 1/2 cup blood meal scratched in on each bush
June 1 Liquid feeding
June 15 1/2 cup blood meal
July 1 Liquid feeding
July 15 1/2 cup blood meal
Aug 1 Liquid feeding
Aug 15 1/2 cup blood meal and one cup of the Dry feed
Sept Liquid feeding
This is considered an all Organic- with liquid supplements and stimulants. If you like to use alfalfa tea you can omit the superthrive, won't be needed.
