Painting the wishing well
It's supposed to be in the 60's to mid 70's all next week and I think I will start to paint the wishing well. Right now the thing is all brown. I'm going to paint all the trim white and paint the body a tan color (going to use leftover paint that we had used last Spring to paint our house).

Off the Top of MY Head Ideas
About two months ago we bought a large wishing well from a neighbor who was moving. Right now it is predominately BROWN in color. In the Spring it will be painted with colors to match the house. I have been looking at Wishing Wells and Wishing Well Gardens on Flickr to get ideas for landscaping around the well using flowers, rocks, pebbles etc.
Saw one photo that would be a great idea for early spring before it's even painted. Flower pots of flowering daffodils just placed along the well rim! It would add pretty spring color and the DEER and SQUIRRELS will leave it alone. I have bulbs potted up in the garage and had planned to put them on the front and back porch. So now I have another use for a few of them. Yah! :)
