Oval Mix bedStarted weeding, see dogs have broken another miniature rose, hope it comes back. The aster has taken over the bed and I hope it's covering the Baptista, because I don't see it. Need to pot those Asters!
Winter honeysuckle has done very well and bloomed most of the winter, is now showing red berries. Wondering about sowing more seed, will watch and see how Candy Lily seeds do. Looks like Ceasers Iris doing good, fire pinks doing well.
fenced half way, still need to finish weeding and scratch in manure.

SpringI so hope this year is better! The drought last summer was awful and I neglected the garden terribly. Now I pay the price.
I started on the front porch bed. Have a terrible time with the the bermuda invading as well as the red crocosmia. So I tore out all my Iris (100?), moved some spring bulbs, tore out the red __ as much as I could find. Added manure and tilled. Sprinkled very OLD Alysumm seed out and am thinking of just having annuals until I get the weeds and red stuff out. Took me 2 days. Have NO idea what I will do with the Iris.
Also put up fencing to keep out the dogs.
