It is an Angel's something. The flower is extremely fragrant and fleshy,smelling a bit like a gardenia. It evidently grows from a bulb, but one that you get in the spring (April) to plant for fall (Oct) bloom.
Any ideas?
I would like to perhaps find one here in the states.
