I just learned how to needle felt over the holidays. I made an owl ornament from a kit, and then I got some roving and made a sheep and a rabbit. I really had fun with it. We raise Icelandic sheep, llamas, and angora goats, so I want to do it with my own fiber in the spring.
It's a fun craft to do, and it was quick to learn. I'm taking a class in wet felting in March. I really want to try nuno felting.
