I tend to stay away from designs now that require filling in every hole on the fabric because for 1) they take too long and I get bored easily and 2) I love the look of hand dyed linens showing through for a background. I stitch at night as well while watching a video (no cable tv set up here at the moment) or when everyone else has gone to bed. Designing is just for the fun and challenge of it.
