This plant is a woody shrub with extremely lobed/scalloped leaves. The leaves are slightly fuzzy and soft to touch. No flowers, but they might not have been in bloom... I saw it in May. The leaf stem is slightly spiky. The best part about this plant is that it's scented! One was lemon and the other was mint. You couldn't smell it unless you were directly sniffing the plant, but you could definitely distinguish the scent.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
