We set up a bunch of flashes all trained on the cactus bloom. Then, we put some hummingbird nectar in the bloom. We moved their feeder and put the cactus in its place. They were lapping up that nectar from the cactus blooms. There were four of us taking photos, so we spread it out over three days so we only bothered them for a few minutes each time.
