77sunset wrote: Good morning everyone. The carpet trip was very nice, but its also lovely to be back home. Yesterday was quite cold but no rain. I sat out int he greenhouse potting up a few cuttings. When I am out there , hubby says I'm "going potty".
I know its not a good time for cuttings but I was given some an d I also took a few when I cut some of the larger salvias back.
Its a foggy morning outside. Hopefully we may see the sun later.
Anthony , your liliums are really lovely. I cant wait to see my new ones flower . The little daffies are poking their heads up and some of my jonquils are starting to flower. Poor confused things. Maybe this means an early spring.
The wattles are all covered in buds , even the 2 small ones.
I am hoping today is not windy so I can attack those weeds with the Roundup.
Charleen, your brugs look great. I hope you get lots of flowers.
Dianne, I knew you were hiding some sort of plants in your bag.
I was extra good and only brought home one small bag of irises and a few bulbs.
I hope Elaine and Marlene are okay . I havent seen them for a while. I am sure we brought them home with us though.
Colleen, have you sorted out that large box of plants you were trying to hide at the back of the carpet ?
I hope Pam and Karen are feeling better .
Teresa, how is Copper going after the long trip ? He seemed to like flying and was very well behaved.
I am going to sit inside in the warm this morning, until I see the sun come out.
Have a great weekend .
Here is something tasty for you all. Chocolate Banana Cake.
