My family always called plants with leaves this shape, and the plant's sprawling growth habit, a 'sedum'. But I haven't found its picture with other 'sedums' online. I *think* I may have found an online *unidentified* picture of it, but that is all. It will crawl out of a pot & down the sides---More down than up & over, has so far been my experience with it.

It has recently begun to flower, and I apologize for the fuzziness of the flowers in the pic, from taking the shots too close, it seems.
