I quite literally watched the stripes of colour creep into the bloom. very interesting, I don't know if you can see it as much in the pictures as the naked eye, but the quiet stripes on the calyx also add to the interest of the pretty bloom.
Sorry the 4th picture should have been first, it starts out a lovely pure white of course, then the stripes creep in before the colour fills out the bloom. Last is one I forgot to show of Giant x Fire Fighter Angel (I think )
