lindenfarm wrote: I recently purchased a farm. The property has been in the same family for over 100 years. Many of the shrubs are very overgrown and several were cut off at the ground prior to selling the property (an attempt to clean it up). With Spring a month early here in Southwestern Wisconsin, things have leafed out and leave me guessing as to what they are?
The attached pictures are numbered to help id the plant: Here is the info I have
#1. Was cut off at the ground. No idea???
#2. Also cut off, has a longer sarrated leave.
#3. A large clump/bush cut at the ground and suckering up well.
#4. A hedge along the state highway. It mush have been large (10' high or more). It has been cut down to several feet high. Can i expect this to grow back in some decent form?
#5. A very large shrub. The neighbor says it flowers.
I wish to thank any of you who take time to help me out.
