I've canned ketchup, salsa, bbq sauce, dill pickles, sweet & spicy pickles, tomato sauce (frozen), diced tomatoes (frozen) spiced peach preserves. Still have Blackberry preserves, Honey Lemon jelly, cranberry sauce/jelly, snack mustard, pickled okra and brown beer mustard.
