Here is the one set up on the Atlanta frame. He made this frame twenty four inches wide. That is plenty of space for my stitching field and to roll the piece. The frame is two 1"x2"'s drilled for the dowels and two four foot dowels. He cut off the ends of four nails, being used as pegs, and drilled holes through the dowels and 1"x2" to fix the dowel rollers. I have always used the ladder back chairs here at the cottage as stands. Rustic, but it works.
