Hallo All,
Mystery tree on the main road to the eastern sub-tropical side of Mpumalanga province in South Africa.
Garden type tree, planted at an entrance gate, looks like a Ceiba sp but its stem is smooth (i.e. no thorns) and flowers are not typical of the Ceiba spp i know.
Leaves pinnate finger shaped and not fused.
Thanks and kindest,
Steroh.
