Hi,
I snaffled a couple of seed pods from an ornamental tree growing in the car park of a nearby, but not local supermarket. I had not taken much notice of the tree when in flower (I rarely use this supermarket).
As I am a bit obsessive about growing plants from seed... (yes, Freudian, I expect...) I want to try to grow these, but would like, if possible to know what I am growing.
The pod is about 13" long with 20 seeds, and the seeds brown, a third of an inch (~ 1cm) long and only shiny in a dull sort of way. Not, A. dealbata, I think as have grown those before.
Have trawled PlantFiles for over an hour and not found them yet... Any ideas?
