    I never grown this variety, but I have grown so many others. I love to grow red okra. I think because it is easier to see the pods.
    I always soak my seeds at least 12 hours before I plant them. It makes a huge different on the sprouting time.
    I will start my seeds maybe in March. In this way I can plant it out in May and have a good start on the season.
    Okra doesn't like to be planted out when it is cold. It will stunt the plant.
