It gets up to 4 foot tall, in a chandaller type growing habit, doesn't mind being trimmed, snipped or pinched.
Has green and maroon leaves, told it was an annual but here it seems to be happy as a perrenial.
Looks like a celosia or amaranthus to me, any clue to exactly what it might be?
