In my experience they grow to about 5' and seem to grow pretty fast. I am relatively certain that it is a succulent, but have searched all sources that I am aware of and cannot locate! It looks similar to a cotyledon macrantha - a couple of exceptions that are obvious -- leaf shape of unknown is more rounded and edge is curly.
