April 7, 2001 10:07 PM | Around a year ago my husband started a orange tree from a seed and this year started a peach tree from seed. The orange is around 12 inches tall and the peach around 8 inches tall. Since I am very ignorant in bonsai plants would these be considered a bonsai?
They have grown really well with nice dark leaves but isn't bushing out any. Should they be trimed a certain way to encourage this? Also we have them in just regular pots. Should they be in a certain kind of pot?
Any help would be appreciated and if I need to post a picture of them so that you can see what they look like just let me know and I will.
