That's a lovely picture, hc. Our plant was purchased perhaps 2 years ago. The first year, a single stalk emerged and flopped over. I staked it upright but was somewhat disappointed that there wasn't more to the plant. Subsequently, I read that as the plant matures that staking will not be necessary. This proved to be good information, since this year the plant had numerous stalks that supported one another. My plant is not quite as full as yours yet but it had a nice flush of flowers this spring and I'm now enjoying watching the stalks gently sway in the wind. I'm so glad it survived and thrives.
