Something I've always wondered about.............if we send each other seeds in the mail, and we order seeds by mail, don't freezing temps destroy the viability of some of the very tender types, such as squash? I was just about to put some seeds in the mail but it's around zero here today, so I think I'll hold off. What do you think? Yes, I have "volunteer" tomatoes every year that somehow made it through -30 degree temps, so I don't get it!
