Hello.

I know many may have had or heard of a bad experience with buying a foreclosed home but what I am specifically needing is to know if you have successfully used any of the websites that are for foreclosed home listings, I see they all charge a very small fee to get more details on homes listed.

I've had several family and friends buy homes this way and made out quite well and I would like to consider buying my second home using this way as well. Please post if you have any tidbits or site links you could recommend. Thanks in advance.
