gloriag Floyd, VA Zone 6b August 4, 2007 7:37 PM	I want to move as soon as possible. My house would sell "as is" I imagine. I want to possibly trade it for a house in the mountains and get a small mortage for the difference. Does anyone know how I could go about this?
