I wasn't sure which forum to put this in, but I bought some seeds from an Amish vendor at a farmer's market last fall that they had labelled white carrots. While they do vaguely resemble carrots in shape, they taste more like radishes. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they are and also was wondering if the greens are edible on them:
