rebecca30 Fuquay Varina, NC Zone 7b September 15, 2007 11:32 PM	Which to do first, buy the home you want or sell the home you have first? I'm in an area where the market is still pretty good overall. So my question becomes, do you truly sell a house faster if it's all empty because you already moved out?? Anyone ever done this before in buying a home first?? What are your experiences?
