intercessor Fox River Valley Area, WI Zone 5a January 13, 2008 3:22 PM	Hi, I am going to put my house up FSBO and am wondering if any of you who have sold FSBO could share some tips? A few questions I have at the moment are: How much to ask for a retainer, how is escrow handled and did you advertise anywhere else besides using a yard sign? Thanks much! Andy
