This is a (very nice) Tecoma, maybe T_alatum (aka 'Orange Jubilee') or something close. Not Campsis.

Maybe not campsis radicans, I agree but it looks more like campsis grandiflora

Not C. grandiflora. Very close to Tecoma 'Orange Jubilee', but to me leaf structure most closely resembles that of Campsis radicans. Until someone finds a definitive better match I think it is where it belongs.

This family is now very well known right now.
Some big names (Campsis, Catalpa, Chilopsis), but I thing we'll have a few more good garden beauties: Campsidium, Anemopaegma, Tecomanthe, dwarf hardier Jacarandas, hardier Tabebuias, and genera we don't even know of yet...
