I have an area that I need to convert to an herb garden for host plants in my butterfly garden. It is an odd shaped area and this sod removal is killing me.I have heard of the Lasagna method and it sounds great, but I don't have access to all of the various elements involved in it....then there is the time constraints, I really need this in the next 3 to four weeks. Will Newspaper and dirt on top of it work?.....I have tons of dirt to play with.....and mulch.
