I would say it's a female Bibio marci. The male has larger eyes, and a narrower abdomen.

The female Dilophus febrilis has an extra shield behind the head and only one set of 'antennae' or whatever they may be, and you already have the male Bibio marci I think.

I see, I had overlooked the extra shield and the antennae difference, but they are very much look-a-likes. I didn't think it could be the Biblio marci as the heads of male and female are so different!
