I caught this butterfly eating but I'm thinking it is a Orange-barred Sulpher. Am I right?

Maybe, but I think it looks more like a Large Orange Sulphur Phoebis agarithe. They're both very rare this far north.

I caught this at the Museum of Natural History in Washington DC at the new live butterfly display. They gave you a chart but showed the butterflies with wings opened.

I am pretty sure that this is not either of the Sulfurs mentioned. It looks to me like one of the Nymphalidae, but I have been unable to find it so far,
