May 4, 2008 9:38 AM | That is a scorpion of some type, and judging by the small size of the pinchers/claws I would say it has pretty potent venom. Where are you located. I would shake out my shoes each morning before putting them on. There are some that have venom strong enough to kill a human. |

 May 4, 2008 4:59 PM | No, that is not a Scorpion, but a Pseudoscorpion. Scorpions and Pseudoscorpions are both Arachnids (with the spiders), but are in different orders. The scorpions are in the Scorpiones while the Pseudoscorpions are in the Pseudoscorpiones.
