I noticed this yesterday, & by the time I got my camera today, the columbine is practically skeletonized. They seem to have invited all their friends & family! Any idea what variety critters these are? And how to keep them off my columbines?
Thanks,
Pat

I added this beast to Bugfiles in hopes you will add your pictures, goshsmom:

My Columbines get mauled by leaf miners, but at least it doesn't happen until summertime.

Thanks, flygirl and claypa. Do you think I should remove the plant that's almost totally eaten up? Or just clip it back. I have abt 6 or 7 other columbiones in that bed: I'm going to try & clip, squish, & spray so I don't lose them all.
Again, thanks for the ID.

I think that it will come back. Sounds like a good plan :)
