I've been making Jerky for many years (can't say how long then you'll know my age ).
When my oldest got married I give her and son-in-law an Excalibur dehydrator . Also my " secret marinade" as a bonus gift. We enjoy Garlic, Cracked black pepper and Red pepper flake jerky. Who said you can't play with your food! ENJOY
