I have been using frozen bottles of water in a cooler to keep my eggs cool at the market. The bottles take up so much space and I don't like it when they roll over the egg cartons. Yesterday it was raining and I was criuising the tv when an ad popped up on QVC for FlexiFreeze. Basically it is bubble wrap with water inside that you can pop into your freezer. I immediately began a search for it on the computer. Its not cheap but I found another company that sells similar items on Amazon.com
You can get a case of 15 for $40 plus shipping. I think I am going to do it, unless anyone has anything bad to say about them. NY State requires eggs be kept at 40 degrees or less while at the market and I can think of several other applications.
