I found this at Green Thumb along side a bunch of Adenium obesas. The salesman told me he thought it was another type of Adenium but he didn't know which. I can't seem to find anything that looks like this. Can anyone identifiy it?

Julie, you might also try the cactus and succulent or better still the caudiciform group. I've seen a lot of c&s but have never seen leaves and stems quite like that! Sorry I couldn't help.

joolster, try bringing it to terra sol in goleta, off of patterson...margarita, mike, tony or one of their suppliers will know for sure.

Yes, it's one of those Euphorbia that belonged to the genus Monadenium (merged now into Euphorbia). Maybe it's Euphorbia neorubella (synonym Monadenium rubellum).
