I LOVE my new neighborhood!

I met more neighbors as I was pruning this evening...they like that I am here and caring for this sweet cottage house.. Wait till they see what I am going to add...shade loving blooms, AZ poinsettias and coleus. But first I need to get these grapefruit off the tree so they don't break plants when they tumble down. The monsoons will help but I really need a fruit picker.

The front faces north and gets some sun in the later afternoon but not too much. I have red and yellow hibiscus and two red oleanders and lots of mint...smells wonderful! Also some red and yellow mixed lantana that isn't as strong as it would be since it's shady.

I also have a rose bush that is tall with tiny roses...(don't laugh...I don't know anything at all about roses). There is a grapefruit tree and another tree that is very very tall and a pretty shade of green. lol

I have a third tree near my garden gate that has red berries on it.

It's looking good but I need about 4 long days in the garden which I do not have.

I don't have but one front yard photo but here are a few WORKS IN PROGRESS in the back.
