Some websites say that Thuja Green Giants are very tough and ice, snow and wind tolerant. Are they speaking in Canadian terms or do they require wrapping for the winter?

Do you know what zone you're in? I typically see it listed as hardy to zone 5 so if you're colder than that then I would expect it to have trouble.
