Another GREAT article, Geoff! Now that the weather's warmed up here, I'm seeing mealybugs and aphids starting to take a toll on all my succulents. I've tried alcohol and peroxide to no avail. I have some neem oil, but haven't tried it on succulents. Do you dilute it and spray it on, or just apply the oil directly, or what? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!!
I have used various oils on succulents... some tend to burn in the hot sun with oil on their leaves, so you might be careful about applying to those full sun plants... but otherwise it seems to help... though nothing keeps the bugs away for more than a few days at a time. I try to hose most things away, and that seems to work equally well
