Carrie: Your article was entertaining as well as informative. I like the idea of an investment garden, as I no longer play the stock market myself. Your plant selection tips were spot on and some of them are new to me.

Thank you for this clever article!

Oh, I am very glad you enjoyed it! You can still have a garden full of growing stock tips! (I was worried that people would be angry that I hadn't literally told them how to get rich quick.)

Carrie,

While I enjoyed your article greatly, any investment strategy must include hedge funds as well as credit swaps (trading plants). You can also go long with vining plants or short the market with groundcovers. Dare I mention the importance of a balanced portfolio to garden artists?

LariAnn,

I'm sure you'll understand that with our tight budget, something had to be trimmed, and for this article it was the hedge funds. I will definitely consult with you before the next edition of this investment strategy! It sounds like you have some fast growing tips!
