Darius, what a great fun article! (My favorite joke was plant one..., plant two...)
I have an old recipe for chocolate cake with grated zucchini in it. Basically you could probably sneak it into almost any cake or quick bread I think.
The zucchini sticks sound delicious. I just bought a new 'crisper ' pan...My zucchini and yellow squash cooking improved when I read about not needing to add water when cooking, it waters them down.
anyway- well written and pictured!

I ditto the message it was a great article. I myself am growing zuchinni , both yellow & green.
The heat here in Texas (above 100 degrees) has been hard on them and I have had to hand water the plants daily.

I have had plenty of flowers, but have not seen any veggies yet.
thank you again,
Anita

Anita, first the plants make male flowers; later they make the female flowers that produce the fruit. Don't give up!
