We have a very pro-active insurance agent.
Some of you (I don't know if this is limited to Florida, but I think it might be) have maybe in the past year received a message saying you need to do a Mitigation report and it will save you on your insurance rates.
Well, we procrastinated, then my agent called and said, have you done this yet? I can send my guy out to do it and he will guarantee it will save you more than it costs!!
We just saved 40% on our wind insurance fo next year! A very substantial savings and I wanted to pass this on.
