I picked up this 20" tall, heavy ceramic pot yesterday on sale. I'm a sucker for cobalt blue. Had a lot of fun stuffing it full of plants. The Heuchera 'Pistache' is actually in the front. The pic is a side shot. I'll have to face the pot towards the house to keep the Heuchera out of the sun. I dug the Creeping Jenny out of the yard, so it's a little ratty looking for now, but it will come around. The daylily is Klehm's, Old Time Rock N' Roll which is red, but blooms later in the summer. Also put a funky sun coleus, Penta, and a penstemon for the backside. There's a small trailing geranium on the other side. The pot weighs a ton now. It took two of us to pick it up and a dolly to move it close to the covered porch.
