I threw a rotten bag of potatoes into my compost a while back ago. They've since been covered with clippings and such. I go out to it today and found tall, healthy potato vines growing. I don't plan on digging through the compost to eat any potatoes, I just thought it was kind of interesting and wanted to share.

The potatos will be just as good as raised anywhere else.
