Can anyone help me identify this insect? And is so,any info on it would be great...ie:poisonous,etc...

This is a true bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera) in the act of molting. It might be an assassin bug, but the image is not clear enough for a definitive identification. No bugs are dangerous from a venomous standpoint, but some predaceous ones are capable of inflicting a painful bite if handled carelessly.
