Quick question folks: My next door neighbor had a huge oak tree come crashing down in her yard during a storm last week. The neighbor whose tree it was is paying to have the tree cut up and removed, but they're going to need a pretty hefty truck to get back there. Because of the location of some other trees, they think the truck should go over an existing hedge of peonies. She is wondering if she should cut them down today to prevent damage from the truck. Will they be able to come back next year if she scalps them today?
Thanks for any advice!
Pat
