This is a must if you produce lots of maters and like tomato juice and tomato sauce. It requires practically no effort to crank maters thru this machine. It does a fine job of separating seeds and skin from the rest of the tomato.

I bought this unit in the 80's and used a lot back then. My mom and dad always had a big garden in those days and they used it a lot as well. I pulled it out the other days and set it up. In a mater of minutes I had 4 pints of the best juice there is to be had.

I don't think Presto makes this unit any more, but there are other brands out there that probably work just as well. Also I saw some of these old Presto units on ebay.
