I learned a few mistake with GA3 (Gibberellic acid) and Superthrive; they cause blooming in some plants and elongation and leaf twisting. This is after 14 days with 200ppm; I have used it for cross pollination and getting seed off self sterile species..
Here is a young olive tree in a small pot that should not bloom at such a young age, 200ppm @ 14 days it's about 2 foot tall
