I grow vegetables from seed and every once in a while i get a different variety of seed in with what I thought I was getting. This year I have a white squash, at least I think that's what it is. It vines like a cucumber but looks like a zucchini but it's white.
I have never grown a white squash before and I don't know how to cook it. What can I make with it? Any recipes or ideas? Thanks
