Here is Convolvulus tricolor from Kassiopi in Corfu, Greece, growing around one of the apartment complex around some Datura plants.
This species is native to the Mediterranean; this one is nice as the quality in the sun is pearl like and quite translucent; I will get a photo in the sun; the blooms are quite large but floppy and it seems the only convolvulus tricolor that does well in the cool coastal climate of the UK, it also has a more upright rather than trailing habit and slight scent.
